The Role
At Sailun Tire Americas (STA), we are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Graphic Designer to join our team. If you are driven by the idea of creating compelling, visually engaging designs that make an impact, we want to hear from you. As part of a dynamic marketing team, you will contribute to a range of design projects, from digital campaigns to print materials, all aimed at elevating our brands in North America.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality digital and print materials, including brochures, social media graphics, product catalogs, and email templates, ensuring consistency with the STA brands.
- Collaborate with brand team support product launches, campaigns, event, and B2B support material.
- Produce design materials across various platforms, introducing fresh ideas that enhance STA brand's visual identity.
- Use performance data to adjust designs, ensuring they meet campaign goals and maximize impact.
- Create marketing materials to support sales teams and drive customer engagement.
- Contribute to creative assets for retailer partnerships, enhancing visibility and brand presence.
- Support day-to-day brand needs with production-level design work, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Edit and create basic video content, including reels, GIFs, and LinkedIn videos, to support social media and marketing campaigns.
- Protect and evolve the brand by ensuring all design work aligns with and enhances the brand guidelines.
Core Competencies
- Creative Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and modern design tools (i.e., Figma, Canva).
- Brand Alignment: Strong ability to design assets that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Design Flexibility: Experience in digital and print design across multiple platforms.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills to execute creative concepts with various departments.
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly, meet tight deadlines, and manage quick turnarounds, including creative resizing and adjustments, in a fast-paced environment.
- Agency Collaboration: Brief and review work from external agencies, ensuring consistency, creativity, and quick turnaround to meet market demands.
- Creative Judgment: Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and storytelling.
Your Background
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of design experience in-house or at a creative agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital and print work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- A passion for the craft and an eagerness to innovate in a fast-moving industry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
- Experience with project management platforms (i.e., Monday) an asset
Travel
- Up to 20% of travel - Majority in USA and Canada
