Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter

As our Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force behind our business growth, focusing on lead generation and appointment setting for our experienced sales team. This is a results-driven position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Data Mining: Conduct targeted research to identify potential commercial clients and key decision-makers in your territory
• Outbound Prospecting: Execute strategic cold calling and email campaigns to generate interest and qualify prospects
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings for our sales team to provide customized janitorial cleaning quotes
• Client Consultation: Understand prospect needs and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Regency Cleaning Services
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and maximize conversion rates
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activities

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven track record in inside sales, telemarketing, or similar B2B sales role
• Strong outbound B2B cold calling experience is mandatory
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently while contributing to team success
• Superior organizational and time-management capabilities
• Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the janitorial, facilities management, or commercial cleaning industry
• Knowledge of commercial property management and facility decision-making processes
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
