What You’ll Do at eZsign
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with your team lead, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining business relationships with potential clients to achieve sales objectives for the eZsign electronic signature solution.
Your main responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies to maximize market potential and opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and approach prospects while leveraging existing relationships.
- Make cold calls to promote eZsign.
- Conduct personalized demonstrations and corporate presentations.
- Prepare proposals based on client needs, present product and service offerings, follow up, and manage negotiations.
- Provide excellent after-sales service by ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues.
- Participate in external events where the company is represented (conferences, galas, trade shows) and deliver presentations as needed.
- Provide weekly sales reports to your immediate supervisor.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM and maintain data integrity.

What will set you apart in this role:
- A diploma in sales consulting or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Passion for B2B sales.
- Relevant experience in preparing proposals.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, with the ability to adapt your message to your audience.
- Strong digital skills (Microsoft 365, CRM - HubSpot, LinkedIn) and willingness to learn new tools.
- Availability and willingness to travel occasionally.
- Interest in technology, operational optimization, and tools that make businesses more efficient.
- Above all, a positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly.
