  • beyond. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development / Sales Agent to join our team and drive sales growth.


  • Represent high-quality products in the commercial and industrial environment
  • Utilize networking skills and existing industry connections
  • Demonstrate creativity in sales strategies and approaches
  • Showcase a proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Use digital platforms, such as LinkedIn, to actively engage with potential clients, expand network connections, and collect high-quality leads to drive sales growth- Ability to work independently & also effectively as a team player
  • Communicate persuasively with clients, demonstrating strong influencing skills
  • Willingness to travel to various sites as required


  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Construction Sales
  • Proven ability to think creatively and strategically in sales initiatives
  • Track record of successfully closing high-ticket sales
  • Valid drivers license- Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
  • Existing network and industry connections preferred
  • Secondary education is a bonus

This is a high-ticket sales / commission based role.
