SystemsAccountants is hiring an HR Coordinator and is interested in talking to you! You will be supporting our newest group company, Vursor.

This role will manage the coordination, support, and administration of HR responsibility for a growing international business unit. You will have the support and work closely with the Head of HR to generate actionable and data-driven insights into how our people work.

What you'll do:

Talent Acquisition

  • Source, Review, and Screen potential candidates for a variety of roles across the business
  • Manage the end to end on-boarding process for new joiners in your business units
  • Create employee records in the HRIS for new joiners
  • Work with Head of HR to create employment contracts and promotion letters
  • Manage the off-boarding process for leavers

HR Systems, Reports and Analytics

  • Maintain the HR Database and keep employee records up to date at all times
  • Utilizing the HRIS to create and produce regular insightful people analytics around turnover, exit interview, starters, leavers, headcount, employee engagement
  • Provide ad hoc regional reporting as and when required
  • Maintain personnel files for your business unit

Who you are:

  • HR systems and reporting experience (desirable)
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of projects
  • Fundamental knowledge of international employment law (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and highlight problems, providing people-centric solutions
  • Experience with HiBob and/or TeamTailor is a plus but not required
