A key component of this role is to identify and develop new market opportunities across North America as well mentor, manage and support direct reports. To ensure the business does not lag behind its competition, you will participate in trade shows, sales workshops, seminars and events on behalf of the organization.

As the ideal candidate, you have at least 7 years of related experience in the CPG / Food Sales and/or Strategy through direct selling and 5 years of people management.

You have prior experience supporting and working with executive senior management, strong presentation skills, solid understanding of syndicated data, as well as the proven ability to work various technologies and enterprise applications.

Contracting and negotiating experience and proven experience in structuring sales goals and revenue expectations at a corporate level as well as an individual (team) level are critical.

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business is required and an MBA is a definite asset.

Since there will be travel involved in this position, a valid driver's license is a must.
