We are looking to add a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative to our team.


In this role, your overarching mission is to provide exceptional customer service to our members. Your communication and problem-solving skills will shine in this role.   • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat and email with a focus on achieving first contact resolution
  • Assist members with inquiries about our Perks Programs
  • Handle reservation-related tasks, including bookings, changes, cancellations
  • Meet performance targets related to call/chat quality, efficiency, availability & adherence
  • Collaborate internally to address inquiries and reservations
  • Approach challenges with resourcefulness and fairness, finding equitable solutions.
  • Other duties as needed to support the team.


  • Fully bilingual (English and French) in both oral and written communication
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with impeccable organization skills and pay close attention to detail
  • Adaptable and flexible; ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and a fast-paced culture
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Internet browsers
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is considered an asset
  • Upbeat with a positive attitude, ambitious outlook, and a desire to excel and grow within the company
