About the Role

The Marketing Project Manager will be pivotal in orchestrating marketing projects, focusing on planning, execution, and successful delivery in line with Moncel's marketing goals. We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in managing marketing projects, a strong understanding of advanced digital marketing, coupled with strong organizational, communication, and project management capabilities. A high proficiency in Jira is essential for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and managing the marketing roadmap to align with the marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Detailing project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resources required.
  • Utilizing Jira for marketing project tracking, task management, and workflow organization.
  • Organizing and managing sprint activities, including setting goals and deliverables.
  • Conducting key Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Coordinating the marketing team to ensure effective execution of tasks.
  • Regularly communicating with stakeholders about project status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Identifying, tracking, and resolving issues and risks associated with marketing projects.
  • Managing and allocating resources efficiently across various marketing projects.
  • Ensuring the quality of marketing outputs meets the expected standards.
  • Providing regular reports on work progress, resource usage, and achievement of objectives.
  • Continuously identifying and implementing improvements in project management processes and methodologies.
  • Monitoring and managing team performance, providing feedback, and addressing development needs.
  • Ensuring all marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Overseeing and managing the budget and time allocations for marketing projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Gathering and analyzing feedback from team members and stakeholders to inform future projects.

What You Have

  • Proficiency in project management, including understanding project management methodologies.
  • Experience in Agile practices, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Advanced skills in using Jira for project tracking, task management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot (or similar) for marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Basic understanding of technical SEO aspects to collaborate effectively with SEO specialists.
  • Skills in managing and allocating budgets for marketing projects.
  • Ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including utilizing diagramming tools for process mapping and visualization.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in marketing projects.
  • Competency in using office productivity tools for data analysis, presentation, and documentation.
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems, especially in integrating them with marketing efforts.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear, effective interactions.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality project outcomes and adherence to standards.

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • A significant track record in project management, showcasing successful planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects.
  • Experience in leading and managing marketing teams, including remote teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking, issue tracking, and project management.
  • Experience with key marketing tools like HubSpot for marketing automation and configuration.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Agile methodologies within marketing teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Proven ability to manage sizeable marketing budgets and timesheets.
  • Strong experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing metrics and produce reports.
  • Experience in identifying potential risks in marketing projects and devising effective strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ability to manage change effectively within the marketing team.
  • Experience in collaborating with other departments or functions.
  • Experience in creating and managing business and technical documentation.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (Preferred).
  • Digital Marketing Certification (Preferred).
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) (Preferred) .
  • Certification or Formal Training in Agile Methodologies (Preferred).
  • Certification or Advanced Training in Jira and Atlassian Tools (Preferred).
