ABOUT US: 

SolidXperience is a provider of 3D design solutions offering innovative solutions to a wide range of industries. We've had the opportunity to work on incredible projects: we've assisted in designing for Tesla and various Ferrari models, worked on Boeing projects, collaborated on a project with the U.S. government, with Google, and even helped replicate a life-size Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton for a museum in the U.S.

The marketing team currently consists of 5 people.

ROLE:

We've just revamped the marketing department, with the arrival of a new director, so we're practically starting from scratch! We're launching a new global strategy with a complete rebranding announcement planned for May 2024.

It's a golden opportunity to design YOUR strategy and showcase YOUR approach. Under the supervision of the marketing director, you'll be responsible for all things social media: strategy, content creation, performance tracking, etc. You must have a good strategic and creative vision and be able to create simple visuals/videos. For more complex projects, you can always rely on our graphic designer! You'll also be involved in French copywriting (proofreading, writing) for our blog and emailings.

Beyond all that, we operate like a startup! We need someone autonomous who knows how to work in a fast-paced environment where everything is to be built.

LOCATION INFORMATION:

It's a hybrid position; we're very open to remote work and there's no "presenteeism policy" here, but as much as possible, we like to work together 2 days a week! It's also cool to see each other in person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create engaging content for our various social media platforms.
  • Develop a social media strategy aligned with our overall goals.
  • Engage with your audience, respond to comments, and build an engaged community around our brand.
  • Monitor social media trends, track your performance, and analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • Manage your own social media campaigns to promote our products, services, or events.
  • Ensure consistency in your brand voice and image across all social media platforms.
  • Listen carefully on social media to spot mentions and discussions related to our brand or industry.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, social media algorithms, and new platforms.
  • Utilize your basic graphic design skills with tools like the Adobe suite and Canva to enhance our online presence.
  • Optimize content in French (blog articles, newsletters, emailings...).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing and social media in B2B (if you know the 3D design industry, it's a plus!)
  • FR/EN Bilingualism required: we're present in Quebec, Ontario, New England, California... our focus for the coming years will be to grow the Ontario and American markets! You must be able to write in French and English naturally and impactfully.
  • Thorough understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Mastery of social media management and scheduling tools (if you know Hubspot, that's pretty cool)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing.
  • Proficiency in AI tools (Dall.E, Midjourney, Chat GPT, Scalenut...) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of basic visual creation and video editing software (Canva, Capcut...).
  • Experience in deploying successful social media campaigns.
  • General understanding of marketing challenges.

Salary based on profile, comprehensive insurance (health, dental, optometry) starting from the 3rd month, on-site parking, 5 weeks of paid vacation (yes, 5!), on-site gym, flexible hours.
