About the role :

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for working directly with our 12 dealerships and 14 brands to convert ads, promotions, and campaigns into increased revenue for the company. The Marketing Manager will seek to increase brand awareness through both traditional and new media campaigns.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000/year

Schedule : Full time

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive omni channel marketing strategies for Trotman Automotive Group across its 12 dealerships and 14 brands
  • Oversee advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and maximizing ROI
  • Lead and mentor a small and entrepreneurial team on brand management and traffic-driving initiatives
  • manage best-in-class external contractors/agencies in areas of competency that would have an impact for Trotman Auto Group, where full-time team members are not warranted
  • Ensure measurement of marketing KPI's are accurate, available in real-time and transparent to the Leadership team
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
  • Effectively collaborate with the President of Operations to get alignment quickly between Marketing's goals and the overall company objectives
  • Manage the department budget per location, advising and working with leadership on recommendations for spending allocation and annual marketing goals

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience leading a successful strategic omni channel marketing department within a high growth retail sales operation
  • Proven experience mentoring, coaching and supporting small, high performing Marketing Teams
  • Strong understanding of omni channel marketing trends and platforms
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Results-driven mindset based on quantifiable lead generation
  • This role requires an on-site presence with the ability to travel within the Lower Mainland - may require some overnight travel
