We are seeking a visionary and seasoned Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing endeavours. In this pivotal role, you will champion the development and implementation of holistic demand generation strategies, encompassing multi-channel marketing campaigns, meticulous lead nurturing, strategic account-based marketing, content marketing, and cutting-edge digital marketing initiatives. As the Director of Marketing, you will be instrumental in propelling demand generation, lead acquisition, revenue escalation, and refining the lead acquisition mechanisms across our digital channels. The ideal candidate will epitomize a zeal for data-centric decision-making, strategic blueprinting, and invigorating team empowerment.

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Manage the overall operations of a modern marketing department, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technology and integrate AI solutions into marketing strategies to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive demand generation, including comprehensive demand generation strategies such as multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, account-based marketing, content marketing, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Drive lead generation and revenue growth for the company.
  • Manage targeted campaigns, content, and lead nurture programs to engage prospects throughout the customer journey.
  • Optimize and manage the lead capture process on the company website, landing pages, and other relevant channels.
  • Drive sales through effective digital marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships, and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted messaging, content, and offers that resonate with the target audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly and adjust tactics to optimize performance.
  • Utilize advanced marketing technology systems to execute and measure multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in demand generation.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to segment audiences, create marketing workflows, and track campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and improve demand generation efforts.
  • Oversee relationships with industry influencers, partners, and vendors to extend the reach of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in demand generation, digital marketing, and B2B marketing to continually innovate and enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and ensure effective allocation of resources across various marketing initiatives.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a management role.
  • Strong experience in multi-channel demand generation, including email marketing, PPC, social media, content marketing, and events.
  • Proven experience as a Director of Digital Marketing with a focus on demand generation, analytics, team management
