XELLO IS LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER (1 YEAR CONTRACT)

Who are you?

You are curious, empathetic, and adaptable. As a key player on the Xello Marketing team, you will empower others through your expert ability to leverage market and competitive insights to craft narratives and stories that will attract and retain clients. Highly collaborative, you're able to forge strong relationships with Product Owners and Strategic Territory Managers to develop compelling messaging, collateral, and assets that convert prospects and drive product adoption.

With strong communication and interpersonal skills you're able to efficiently and effectively disseminate messaging and resources in a way that resonates -- ensuring both Sales and Success teams are armed with the tools and resources they need to grow company revenue and turn users into brand advocates.

What you'll do...

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, crafting clear, differentiating messaging that highlights benefits for potential and existing clients.
  • Train customer-facing teams to effectively communicate our product's unique value, handle objections, and stand out against competitors.
  • Develop and maintain enablement resources like pitch decks, one-pagers, and battle cards to enhance team knowledge and drive client engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams. Your role is pivotal in aligning these departments towards common goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intel and client feedback to inform product development, messaging, and market positioning.
  • Create region-specific collateral and messaging to effectively address and engage with local market needs.
  • Regularly seek and integrate feedback to refine product messaging, features, and marketing strategies, ensuring all collateral remains current and relevant.

What we're looking for...

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to launch successful go-to-market campaigns and develop impactful messaging and sales enablement resources.
  • Superior writing and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker skilled in critically assessing campaigns and operational procedures.
  • Ability to quickly forge strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and gain buy-in
  • Natural curiosity and tendency to ask ?why' to get to the heart of clients' needs
