We're in search of a seasoned Senior Manager, Brand & Communications to lead and inspire our Brand & Communications team and drive Plusgrade's positioning as a global ancillary revenue leader. Reporting directly to the Director, Brand & Communications, this role is pivotal in shaping our brand identity and ensuring impactful communication strategies that fuel growth.

The Senior Manager, Brand & Communications will be responsible for managing a team of brand and communications professionals, focused on elevating the Plusgrade brand with target B2B audiences. This person will be responsible for implementing brand strategy initiatives across our owned, shared, and paid channels, creating sponsored content strategies, overseeing our industry events and conferences, and delivering content that drives leads for our sales teams, all while ensuring that the company's messaging aligns with our brand identity and resonates with target audiences.

With the leadership of the Director of Brand & Communications and the participation of your team, you will:

? Lead and mentor a high-performing Brand & Communications team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

? Develop and execute comprehensive B2B content aligned with strategic objectives, leveraging owned, shared, and paid channels.

? Implement sponsored content strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation for our business development teams.

? Ensure all content aligns with our brand pillars and values, maintaining a consistent narrative.

? Utilize audience insights to shape content creation and establish measurement KPIs.

? Collaborate closely with our Creative Team and external agencies/freelancers to deliver compelling content.

? Stay updated on branding and communications best practices and tools in the industry, ensuring the team generates exceptional assets for each channel and medium and leveraging new and emerging technologies such as AI to streamline processes.

? Be our lead brand ambassador, communicating how our brand identity and logos should be used in various locations (internal, external, by business unit), and knowing our brand guidelines inside and out. Work closely with our Design team to ensure our guidelines and associated assets are up-to-date, organized, and clearly communicated to the business.

? Work cross-functionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to source and create content, developing and maintaining strong relationships.


? Approximately 7 years of experience in brand & communications, marketing, or content management.

? Proven experience in developing and executing B2B content strategies across multiple channels.

? Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

? Bonus skills: B2B SaaS experience, familiarity with loyalty, travel, or tech industries.
