Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Sprout brand in the community with pride, professionalism, and a good sense of humour.
  • Be a knowledgeable spokesperson for Sprout Meals and its partners.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Present product offerings and solutions to potential customers.
  • Identify and prospect new clients within Calgary and the surrounding area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing an unparalleled level of service and support.
  • Provide ongoing support and customer service to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Attend pop-up events as required (may include some evenings and weekends).

Qualifications:

  • Experience in food service sales or related fields preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of the food service industry and market trends is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
  • Basic knowledge of plant-based cuisine or enthusiasm to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starter with a strong drive for success
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in outside sales
  • Ability to effectively market and sell products or services
  • Reliable job presence and punctuality
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
