As a Marketing Coordinator, you will get in-depth exposure and experience across many connected areas of marketing. You will help create and oversee inspired, lasting brands that reflect the true nature of our clients and speak effortlessly to their audience. Of course, you will be collaborating with a well-rounded team of content marketers, writers, designers, digital experts, web developers and more.

Your ideas and thoughts will help us build and evolve our client's marketing strategies and plans. Our team builds measurable marketing strategies that move our clients forward, and lead brand development and innovation. We're obsessed with audiences, customers, and end users and take a keen interest in getting to know them on a human level.

Communication is king in this role. You will have daily interactions with our clients, team, freelancers, and marketing platforms/vendors. You will update our clients on progress, what's ahead, and how our activities are performing.



Activate our client's content strategies by supporting ideation for content plans and campaigns that align with their annual marketing plans and goals. Build and support the ongoing development of content calendars.

Leverage data, research, and client insights to ensure content and format resonate with their audience's interests and challenges. Create a line-of-sight between the audience's needs and the client's brand purpose and value.

Create content that tells meaningful brand stories. Write various content types, take photos, make social videos, and edit them to create on-brand content for multiple channels.

Create experiences that affect how audiences feel, think, and interact with client brands.


Connect audiences with an integrated end-to-end brand experience - always thinking high level about all touchpoints.

Oversee and support client marketing that spans their website, campaigns, emails, content marketing, social media, online and in-person events and collateral. While the list doesn't stop here, these are core to this role.

Support ideation and execution for multi-channel organic and paid campaigns that find, target, and resonate with audiences, drive engagement, conversion, and desired results.

Be a champion of organic social trends. Ensuring relevance across organic social (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.). If you don't have this full experience, you will learn further on the job.

Actively contribute to ongoing digital campaigns we're running. Supporting collaborative optimization across campaigns to gain better results.

Coordinate with media partners and vendors to support external media buys (as needed).

Maximize humanized automation to create a rich end-to-end experience.

Develop a thorough understanding of our partner's services, business goals, industry, and audience segmentation.

Lead smaller clients as their go-to person, providing them with project management updates, budget updates, internally driving projects, and collaborating with our clients on the end-to-end projects.


Support digital marketing measurement and reporting.

Analyze and apply digital marketing metrics and insights to advance overall marketing performance and KPIs. This is a collaborative process with the team.

Share relevant insights with clients along with the marketing team.


Provide clients and team with exceptional experiences.

Lead projects and collaborate with game-changing and high-performing individuals.

Actively seek and identify new and innovative marketing technology to advance the firm and client marketing goals. Everyone plays a part in this.

Identify new opportunities for continuous improvement of our client's end-to-end audience journeys.

Always deliver. Gather resources, escalate, if need be, do menial tasks, and otherwise see that projects get done. Share your contagious passion and positive energy.

Uphold data accuracy and quality standards by proofreading and editing like a champion!


Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a complementary area of study.

1-3 years of professional marketing experience working in a multidisciplinary role. If you're a fresh grad and you are up for a challenge, please don't hesitate to apply.

Experience working in a consultative client-focused environment (agency or in-house agency model preferred).

You ideally have 1+ years of experience creating content for various platforms: social media, email marketing, website, collateral, etc.

Experienced and passionate social media user who uses some of these platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok, etc.

You've test-drove social media scheduling and editing tools like Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, VSCO, Adobe Express or similar.

Experience with MailChimp or similar email marketing tools.

Exposure to content publishing on web Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms such as WordPress or Shopify. Many of our clients are on WordPress.

Fluent in Microsoft Office 365 applications like Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills; must be confident working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.

Natural problem-solving ability, paired with a proactive mindset and a positive attitude.

A consistent commitment to win-win opportunities and outcomes with every colleague and client interaction.

Analytical thinker who also has a penchant for details, data, analysis, and storytelling with reporting.

Bonus points:

Have experience with our project management platform Teamwork.

Content research and SEO analysis within SEMRush.

Familiarity with GA4 (Google Analytics) or other marketing measurement tools.

Exposure to the influencer marketing world - we don't currently do this.

The Fine Print

This is a full-time, permanent role that works in a combination of remote (2 days/week) and onsite at our Calgary office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Forming part of a total compensation package, the base salary for this position will start in the range of $44,500-$51,000 per year.
