Position overview:

Reporting to the CIO and CTO, you will play a pivotal role in developing and supporting our marketing and sales efforts and facilitating the execution of marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness. The successful candidate will possess a passion for marketing and sales, with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

Your role:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, messages, comments, and inquiries, and respond in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and drive lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and generate leads.
  • Manage social media budgets effectively to maximize ROI on advertising spend.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to schedule posts, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with social media influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and drive lead generation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates to ensure the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement across all social media channels.
  • Collaborate with sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives and target audience profiles.
  • Identify and leverage user-generated content and testimonials to build trust and credibility with potential leads.
  • Continuously test and iterate lead generation strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback from the target audience.
  • Manage marketing databases and CRM systems, keeping them up-to-date with accurate information
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and maintaining sales records.
  • Manage and develop company website.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree specializing in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years experience in marketing administration and sales support roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (e.g., Autotask), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zoominfo)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques is a plus.
