Our squad of Customer Account Specialists are experts in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively engage in the entire sales process, including acquisition, account management, and service upgrades.

  • Optimize efficiency through regular follow-ups with potential clients.

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by building strong relationships, attracting new business, and generating profits.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address all inquiries and concerns, both over the phone and in person.

  • Handle sensitive information with care and report all interactions in accordance with company policies.

  • Monitor sales metrics, share results with senior management, and set sales goals accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SPECIALIST:

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or customer service roles.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business, or other related fields of study is preferred.

  • Strong communication and public speaking skills are a must.

  • Ability to handle objections and utilize negotiation tactics to close deals.

  • Must have a competitive nature and a drive to excel.

  • Ability to work in a team-based environment and individually with little or no supervision.

  • This is a Full-Time and in-person position, and the daily commute to our Richmond Office is required.
