We're Hiring: Revenue-Driven Sales Professional (Industrial Services) - Calgary, AB

Complete Electric Motor Repair Ltd. is growing, and we're looking for a hunter-closer who can build pipeline, win new logos, and expand key accounts across Calgary and Southern Alberta.

What you'll sell

• Electric motor repair & rewind
• New/rebuilt motors, gearboxes & parts
• VFDs & controls
• Pump repair & sales
• Field service & maintenance programs

What you'll do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect ? qualify ? quote ? close ? grow.
• Build relationships with maintenance leaders, plant managers, MRO buyers, OEMs, contractors, municipalities, utilities.
• Turn urgent breakdowns into long-term accounts.
• Keep a tight pipeline/forecast; partner closely with shop & field teams.

What success looks like

• 30/60/90: map top accounts, create 3× pipeline, first wins by Day 60-90.

• Lift quote-to-win and share of wallet.

What you bring

• 3+ years B2B industrial sales (MRO, rotating equipment, electrical/mech, etc.).
• Comfortable on plant floors and job sites; strong prospecting habits and CRM discipline.
• Valid driver's licence; local travel.

Comp & perks (CAD)

• Base $70-90k (DOE)

+ uncapped commission; OTE $120-160k+.
