Rumble Boxing is seeking a Business Development Lead with a passion for B2C sales and Franchise Sales. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, we are looking for a dynamic individual who craves interaction, loves the thrill of the sale, and has the versatility to sell both to individual consumers, generating and following up on leads for franchise sales. The ideal candidate should be process and system-oriented, strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
- B2C Sales: Drive direct consumer sales, focusing on high-value memberships and packages. Executing on strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Customer Acquisition:
- Implement effective customer acquisition strategies to increase membership sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
- Implement loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and other retention-focused efforts.
- Analyze and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates at each stage.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services or upselling premium memberships.
- Train sales teams on effective cross-selling techniques.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the B2C sales team.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product offerings and sales techniques.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track the sales process.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information is maintained in the CRM system.
- Plan and execute promotional events to boost B2C membership sales.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships that can enhance the brand's visibility and attract new customers.
- Regularly analyze sales data and provide reports to the VP of Business Development.
Franchise Sales: Lead the franchise sales process, from initial contact to nurturing leads. Manage and follow up with the franchise sales pipeline.
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential franchisees through various channels.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to expand the pool of prospective franchise partners.
Initial Contact and Qualification:
Be the first point of contact for potential franchisees.
Conduct initial qualification assessments to ensure alignment with Rumble Boxing's franchise criteria.
Presentation and Proposal:
- Deliver compelling presentations to prospective franchisees, showcasing the benefits and opportunities of joining the Rumble Boxing family.
- Prepare and present franchise proposals, addressing financials, support structures, and expectations.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Knowledge in the Asian marketing and consumer behavior is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in business development and sales leadership.
- Knowledge of the fitness industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2C sales, with a track record of selling high-ticket items.
- Strong in-person sales skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a diverse range of customers.
- Experience leading and training sales teams, with a focus on driving sales performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, process, or system-oriented approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
