Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Apollo, Sales Engagement (Salesforce), and Linkedin to build your pipeline.
  • Making 75+ outbound phone calls each day
  • Sending 75+ emails each day
  • Creative outbound prospecting within your named accounts
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
  • Gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and obstacles they face everyday
  • This is an individual contributor role that reports to a Account Executive who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one on ones as well as the freedom to own your success
  • Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives for qualified meetings
  • Daily team meetings to celebrate wins, share goals and grow
  • Base salary
  • Commission = uncapped earning potential

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of outbound sales experience
  • Have the ability to think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease
  • You're good at finding ways to motivate yourself and your teammates. Team culture is the name of the game
  • Ability to handle rejection, objections and setbacks
  • Zoom info, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator and Salesforce.com experience is strongly preferred - management of data, dashboard management and reporting
  • BS/BA or equivalent education and proven experience
  • You're passionate about helping your team members grow
  • You have a strong passion for sales and sales processes
  • You're coachable, you want to know how you can be the best you can be

  • Experience with Salesforce workflows
  • Banking & Financial knowledge a huge asset
  • Ability to learn, problem solve and adapt quickly
  • Proven track record of portfolio management and understanding of Customer Success
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done while having fun Desire to Win.
  • Experience working with API-driven applications
  • Proven track record in a dynamic startup environment
