We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Analyst with a focus on performing no/low-code data engineering tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights. This role will primarily involve working with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics 4, Segment CDP (or other CDP), Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Power BI, and Supermetrics. The candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and have a strong desire to learn and grow within the digital analytics and data engineering space.

  • Utilize Excel, Google Analytics 4, Segment CDP (or other CDP), Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Power BI, and Supermetrics to analyze digital performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage tags using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection for various digital properties.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to define and implement tracking requirements.
  • Work with customer data platforms (CDP), such as Segment, to organize and centralize customer data for marketing and analytics purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity within the CDP.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to digital analytics and data engineering tools.
  • Train and assist team members in effectively using the tools mentioned above.
  • What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field. (e.g., Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Segment CDP (or other CDP), Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Power BI, and Supermetrics.
  • Basic understanding of data engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with basic data engineering tasks, such as data cleaning, and transformation.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies in the digital analytics and data engineering space.
  • amiliarity with SQL/Python for data manipulation and analysis considered an asset.
