We are known to create mouth watering content for numerous luxury hotel brands and top restaurants in the city. We are on track to continue the growth of our audience & clients. Because of this, we are looking for a superstar to continue building and maintaining our strong online presence, fostering engagement, and driving results.

We're seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager on a contract basis. This is a part-time position, approximately 5 hours per week, with the potential for growth as our team expands.


  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and curate engaging content for our agency's social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions from followers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Continually evaluate best practices based on metrics and reporting and explore new channels to enhance our overall social media strategy.
  • Attend industry events when needed.
  • Attend photoshoots when possible to capture content.
  • Create engaging and tailored content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X. This includes Instagram story design, basic graphic design and social media video editing.
  • Working within the existing brand and keeping a keen eye for process improvement that will facilitate the creative work
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance metrics to continuously optimize content and strategy.
  • Collaborating with the Team to ensure social media efforts align with overarching marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Managing your workflow and timeline to produce high quality work on time and on scope.

Is this you?

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and English writing skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to social media campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience analyzing online engagement data and reports.
  • Proven ability to successfully represent a strong brand guideline and brand voice.
  • Experience working within a similar audience (ideally in hospitality).
  • Familiarity with paid advertising on social media platforms, including the ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Understanding of basic search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Available for occasional travel.
  • Located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
