As an Integrated Marketing Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to build and steer comprehensive marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience. You will be at the heart of our efforts to enhance MyVeloFit's visibility and engagement in the cycling community, reporting to the COO and collaborating with our small but mighty team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Wholistic Campaigns: Develop and roll out comprehensive marketing campaigns that resonate across digital platforms and in-person events including:
- Consistently developing and executing compelling organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Producing creative short form and long form video content from concept to execution, promoting our product and the broader world of cycling.
- Crafting and optimizing engaging blog content that resonates with our audience and drives SEO.
- Liaising with partners to coordinate marketing efforts which boost our visibility and engagement.
- Customer Engagement: Drive strategies that prioritize and enhance the user experience at every touchpoint.
- Strategic Vision: Contribute to crafting innovative marketing strategies that consider the strengths and synergies of various channels, ensuring the MyVeloFit voice is consistently impeccable and influential.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze and report on multi-channel campaign performance to iterate, improve, and ensure the best ROI.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with significant social media expertise.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- An Innovative Mindset: Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment is crucial. Experience in startups or tech-focused companies is an asset.
- Industry-Specific Experience: Experience in the bicycle and outdoor industry or a strong personal passion for cycling and outdoor activities is a must.
- Experience using marketing tools and platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp and WordPress.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including tech, product development, and customer service.
- Community Engagement: Strong experience or skills in building and engaging communities, both online and offline, are essential.
