Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to support, execute, and monitor the various projects related to Nikon's marketing initiatives. Specifically, the Marketing Coordinator will manage events, maintain and improve our digital initiatives, and support the marketing team in various special projects. This position is a replacement for a maternity leave of at least 14 months starting in April.


· Plan, organize, and manage event programs (product launches, exhibitions, conferences, etc.);

· Ensure the management and organization of special events, etc.

· Collaborate in the creation and development of marketing materials;

· Track and reconcile the budget in addition to identifying optimization opportunities.

· Operate and improve administrative processes;

· Participate in special projects related to the company's objectives.

· Collaborate and keep our various digital platforms updated;

· Ensure to build a competitive intelligence up-to-date.

· Start and explore various automation projects according to the needs of the company.


· Must have obtained a university degree (Bachelor's in marketing or related field)

· Experience in a similar role

· Project management experience

· Bilingual (proficient in both written and spoken French and English)

· Must have a good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
