You've acquired major accounts because of your excellent listening skills and ability to ask the right questions. You sell value rather than price. You excel at identifying, qualifying, and closing business opportunities.

 You love designing and implementing sales strategies. You want to build your own sales team. You're a self-starter with a proven sense of initiative. Sales experience in the plastic injection molding or metal processing industry is essential. You must be perfectly bilingual.

You want to develop large accounts and grow the sales department. You must have the desire to earn $150,000 or more per year.
