• Direct audience/consumer research, competitive analysis to identify product/ market segments and opportunities in the Jewish markets and beyond.
  • Develop marketing and communication plan for JPL as a whole and all its products and services; lead, strategize and collaborate with the JPL team to develop products and services in an integrated approach.
  • Nurture leads and build communities of interest to engage customers and volunteers by directing the development and execution of a creative and dynamic digital marketing strategy, to include new technology and AI.
  • Plan, implement and assess sales and promotional strategies to maximize tickets sales of all JPL products and services; oversees ticketing and web platforms to guarantee effectiveness.
  • Build and direct social media efforts on various social networks, including but not limited to, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of JPL integrated website, its relevance with target markets, trends and customers’ needs, update and maintenance.
  • Expand partnership with social media influencers and secure ambassadors and champions to increase the company’s brand and product/ service reach and impact.
  • Track the performance of marketing strategies implemented and come up with timely modifications to nurture more leads online.
  • Develop, plan and spearhead marketing events and other campaigns to strengthen public relations and JPL’s presence where it matters the most.
  • Develop a comprehensive communication plan to support JPL brand, corporate identity and leadership, as well as programs and services.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure an integrated marketing and communication strategy that works smoothly on all its levels.
  • Build a solid and extensive network of partners, collaborators and advocates for JPL brand, products and services.
  • Build, train and manage volunteer teams, and liaise with varied volunteer committees to ensure the marketing and communication plan effectiveness.
  • Ensure that JPL database and related lists of clients and patrons are set up, segmented, and updated and maintained throughout the year.
  • Develop an annual marketing budget and keep track of the resource needs for proper long-term and short-term scheduling.
  • Lead, motivate and ensure staff’s efficiency in the department.
  • Perform other vital duties as assigned by the executive Director.
