Your missions:

  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target new e-commerce brands in the following prospecting areas: Quebec (primary), Canada, USA, and France (secondary).
  • Process Improvement: Be proactive in optimizing sales processes to maximize conversions.
  • Performance Analysis: Use data to measure the effectiveness of sales actions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Diligent Follow-Up and CRM Update: Keep our CRM updated, ensuring regular and rigorous follow-up of prospects and clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure an optimal client experience.

Desired Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and B2B
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented
  • Rigorous in follow-up and client management
  • Analytical and data-oriented skills
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Experience in e-commerce (a plus)

Conditions:

  • Fixed salary + commissions
  • Full-time (open to part-time if the candidate is exceptional)
  • Flexible work environment with the possibility of remote work or a hybrid mode if based near Montreal.
