We are on the lookout for a talented Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on CSS and HTML to create a new, versatile template system that empowers our clients to showcase their content in dynamic and visually appealing ways.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who excels in front-end development, particularly CSS and HTML. Your primary responsibility will be designing and implementing a new template system for our content management system, similar to WIX or WordPress idea. This system will enable our sports organizations to customize pages with various dynamic elements, such as slides, background videos, image galleries, and sponsor rollers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Design and implement new templates for our custom content management system.
  • Ensure templates are responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
  • Integrate templates with dynamic content, including tables, schedules, standings, and statistics.
  • Enable customization of pages to include:
  • Slides (content on one side, picture on the other)
  • Background videos or images behind content
  • Image galleries (e.g., 4 images beside each other)
  • Sponsor rollers and other dynamic elements
  • Collaborate with the back-end team to ensure seamless integration.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues during development and in production.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript).
  • Experience with back-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., C#, Blazor).
  • Familiarity with content management systems, preferably with experience in building or customizing them.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with frameworks and libraries such as Blazor, Bootstrap
  • Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git/Devops).
  • Prior experience in the sports industry or with sports-related web applications.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
