Job Description:
Under the responsibility of the VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, the SALES REPRESENTATIVE will be responsible for developing and increasing Boulons Plus' sales through the acquisition of new clients and the growth of sales with existing clients (A and B categories). They will provide comprehensive and tailored solutions for each client to enhance revenue growth, client acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Directions and Objectives
- Develop new clients with purchasing potential in line with the company’s strategy, participating in activities such as individual outreach, business expos, and other promotional events that may generate leads.
- Maximize client purchases of structural products and anchors to develop them to their full potential.
- Develop and execute an action plan to assess activities based on achieved results and make necessary adjustments throughout the year to meet expectations.
- Build strategic business relationships (project managers, engineers, designers, buyers, etc.).
- Report to their immediate manager on competitive highlights and market trends likely to affect the company’s competitive position.
- Update client directories in the CRM for both existing and potential clients, maintaining relevant information.
- Understand and analyze their sales results relative to the established objectives.
- Ensure mastery of the company's products and services, as well as the objectives, action plans, and strategic approaches to prioritize for clients and prospects.
- Actively participate in team meetings and keep an open mind.
- Actively participate in periodic evaluations and provide solutions and/or action plans to achieve expected results.
- Perform any other related tasks.

3. Continuous Quality and Productivity Improvement
- Stay informed of remarks, suggestions, or complaints from clients, employees, suppliers, or partners to help capitalize on good ideas and contribute practically to continuous quality and productivity improvement.
Education:
- University degree
- Sales training (an asset)
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role
- Experience in the construction industry (an asset)
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable with integrated software
