ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll execute building and managing winning marketing funnels that focus on ROI and tell stories across all stages of the funnel.

You'll be optimizing CRM systems, enhancing SEO performance, and implementing CRO strategies to boost conversion rates on landing pages. You'll create and manage PPC campaigns and craft email marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. You should be able to interpret a client's brand and objectives and turn them into a landing page.

You'll regularly provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations through detailed monthly reports. You'll also keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, emerging channels, and new opportunities to ensure clients are always ahead of the curve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Growth Account Delivery

  • Executing day-to-day growth marketing tasks for clients such as CRM optimization, SEO enhancement, CRO strategies, PPC campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Collaborating with consultants on developing innovative growth strategies and campaigns that meet client performance targets
  • Coordinate with the creative team by managing the performance side of advertising campaigns.

Reporting

  • Client Management
  • Create standard monthly marketing reports in collaboration with the consultants.
  • Analyze growth metrics and provide recommendations on how to improve results.
  • Regularly monitor and report on category and industry activity
  • Research how emerging channels, tactics, and features can benefit our company and our clients
  • Building proposals and submitting RFPs to help win new business and client scope increases

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a marketing agency or consultancy
  • Experience with CRM, Google Ads, and running ads on various Social Media platforms
  • In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot or other CRMs is an asset
  • Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
  • Time Management mastery is a must
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Creative problem solving
  • Love of reading books
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Notion and Asana
  • Slack wizard
