About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional team management leader for the SOLIDWORKS Sales Director role. This key role emphasizes the ability to build a dynamic and engaged team to achieve our objectives in North America. The ideal candidate will be a champion in team management, mastering sales automation tools and AI to optimize processes and support innovation.
Our Location
This position is hybrid, requiring at least 2 days per week in the office, with our main location being our head office in Ville St-Laurent. The candidate will also regularly visit the sales team located in our offices in Quebec City, Markham (Ontario), and Nashua (New Hampshire).

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead and coach a high-performing sales team, creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration. Participate in recruiting to attract and retain top talent.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to developing and executing the sales strategy in line with company goals.
- Client Management: Oversee client relationships to ensure a positive experience and foster customer loyalty.
- Sales Trend Analysis: Collaborate with the technical team to identify market trends and anticipate needs.
- KPI Monitoring: Define and monitor KPIs through reports and dashboards to evaluate team results.
- Company Representation: Attend industry events and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align sales and marketing strategies.
Desired Profile
- 10+ years of experience in a similar position and fluent in both spoken and written English and French.
- Proven experience in sales team management, ideally in the technology sector.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or Outreach, proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools (Kaspr, Lemlist, Hubspot, Sales Hub).
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and experience in the SAAS model are assets.
- Leadership skills to create a positive work environment and inspire performance.
- Experience in market development and client management in Ontario and US, with excellent communication and representation skills.
