ROLE:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing corporate or IT projects of small, medium, or large scale, from conception and execution to Change Management.

SKILLS:

• Advanced degree in computer science, project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Recognized professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
• Significant experience in managing large-scale and complex IT projects, with a strong understanding of IT technologies and processes.
• Experience in delivering ERP-type systems preferred (Karmak is an asset).
• Proficiency in spoken and written French and English.
• Knowledge of dealership network operations is an asset.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategy and Planning: Develop detailed project plans that align resources, time, and budget with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on project progress, performance, risks, and opportunities to management and key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders, including executive management, internal clients, project teams, and external vendors, to ensure ongoing support and effective communication throughout the project.
