Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment and supporting management with end-to-end recruitment needs.
- Source and leverage social media to drive successful recruitment initiatives.
- Develop job postings for external advertisement with online job boards and through direct sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Liaise with managers on departmental recruitment needs, update job descriptions and postings, manage recruitment timeline, and present qualified candidates to managers for consideration.
- Monitor applicant activity and responses to job advertisements and adjust strategy as necessary to attract qualified applicants.
- Prepare employee letters and contracts such as position change, promotion, new building assignment, contract updates, and compensation change letters and documents.
Onboarding & Administration:
- Create digital employee files and ensure all new hire paper work is distributed and filed accordingly.
- Ensures all new hires are well versed on how to access the HRIS.
- Conduct all New Employee and New Manager orientation programs and HRIS training programs/videos.
- Administration of various human resource programs including the probationary review program, service awards, birthday recognition, social committee events, and the exit interview process.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree majoring in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Human Resource information systems.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment, flexible to change, independent and highly self-motivated.
- Excellent research and analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening skills and a clear and open communication style.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities from several stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
