Nanoprecise is seeking a Marketing Events Specialist who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with our brand and business objectives. This role requires strong project management, creativity, and relationship-building skills. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure we turn any trade show into a high-impact events-attracting new prospects, engaging with existing customers, and enhancing our brand presence in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Event Planning & Execution: Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and company-hosted events. Ensure all events run smoothly and align with brand standards and objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while achieving high-quality results. Track expenses and report on return on investment (ROI) for each event.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Identify and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event venues. Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure successful event execution.
  • Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to increase event registration, attendance, and engagement through email marketing, social media, and other promotional tactics.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align event strategies with lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth goals. Support post-event follow-up and nurturing activities.
  • Event Promotion & Content Creation: Create engaging promotional content, such as invitations, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media assets to drive awareness and registration.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze event performance, including attendance, engagement metrics, lead generation, and ROI. Provide post-event reports with actionable insights to improve future events.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative event experiences that resonate with our audience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B event management.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience handling multiple events and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot a bonus.
  • Marketing Savvy: Experience creating promotional campaigns and working with digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, social media, and lead generation.
  • Budget Management: Proven experience managing event budgets and achieving high ROI.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Creativity & Problem-Solving: Creative thinker with the ability to find solutions to complex challenges and deliver engaging event experiences.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel for in-person events as required and work flexible hours based on event schedules.
