Calgary Based ETRM Sales Manager - 150-200k CAD
Rapidly growing ETRM software house (headquartered out of Houston) with about 100 employees, who provide an end-to-end ETRM SaaS/Cloud solution to their Energy Trading clients, seeks an ETRM Sales Manager to lead all their new business sales (75% of role) and existing client upselling (25% of role) based from their newly created Calgary office, selling across Canada and the rest of North America.
My client are an established but rapidly growing global US ETRM software house, delivering core Gas & Power ETRM solutions as well as providing extra offerings not offered by the historical large ETRM software houses, so this role is to sell new and replacement core ETRM solutions but also to compliment existing client ETRM systems with cutting edge new functionality/modules. The successful ETRM Sales Manager will have a strong network in the North American region (ideally in Canada but you can sell across North America) and hungry to sell an innovative, Cloud / Saas based solution to their existing and new ETRM network.
My client has grown by over 100% in revenue year-on-year in North America and has further expansion plans more globally including setting up new offices in London, Dubai and Singapore, but now need an on-the-ground Sales Manager (with a strong ETRM network in Calgary/Canada) based out of Calgary.
This is very much a hands-on sales hunter role, with some existing client renewals, upselling and cross pollinating other US clients into Canada. You will be the sole Sales Manager in Calgary and selling into Canadian clients and be working closely with an existing Calgary based ETRM PreSales Lead who will work with you on preparing and delivering RFIs, RFPs and demoing the ETRM software. The role is a stand-alone sales hunter role, so is NOT looking for a Sales Director, it's looking for someone very hands on and keen to sell, make a lot of commission and help them to grow their Calgary / Canada office and wider North American region.
Salary: open but circa 150-200k CAD basic

It is essential that you are currently based in or happy to relocate to Calgary, although you will have a lot of flexi working/home working in this role, and you will ideally have a passport or visa allowing you to live and work in Calgary.
