Position Overview

As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving Crop Circle's growth and establishing our premium solventless concentrates as market leaders across Canada. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the cannabis market, and a passion for innovative product promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key retailers, distributors, and industry stakeholders at both the provincial/regional and national level.
  • Help build and grow the sales function in the company, fostering a high performance culture aligned with Crop Circle's values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with branding strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Crop Circle Cannabis at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership in CPG or related industries, with specific experience in the cannabis industry.
  • Proven success in building and leading national or multi-regional sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of cannabis products and the regulatory environment in Canada.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
