MARKETING MANAGER

As Marketing Manager, your typical day will involve:
- Developing and refining marketing strategies, campaigns, and content plans aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, messaging, and customer engagement.
- Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing materials, manage digital platforms, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a strategic marketing function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft marketing ethos and bring the ability to create an impactful marketing department from the ground up. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on driving measurable results, maximizing ROI, and building a strong online presence to increase inbound leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and structure the marketing department, creating scalable processes and selecting the right tools and platforms.
- Develop marketing plans and budgets aligned with company objectives.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team as the department grows.
- Design and implement marketing strategies that align with Microsoft's marketing ethos, leveraging co-marketing opportunities where applicable.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and position the company effectively.
- Craft compelling messaging and campaigns tailored to target audiences across various platforms.
- Build and enhance the company's online presence, including website, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive inbound leads, ensuring a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing to automate and personalize customer journeys.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maximize ROI by analyzing data, refining strategies, and reallocating resources as needed.
- Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing efforts.
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business goals.
- Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all channels, ensuring adherence to Microsoft's partnership guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful strategies.
- Experience in building and leading a marketing department is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft's marketing ethos, co-marketing processes, and tools.
