As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and assisting them with their daily needs and requests. You will also provide guidance and advice on future projects related to Managed Print Services (MPS) and Document Management Services (MDS) for the greater Quebec and Montreal area. You will work with a young, dynamic team and international partners like HP, Xerox, and Zebra.
Here are some tasks related to the role:

Manage existing client relationships

Maintain and grow existing accounts

Track and record activities on various accounts

Collaborate with technical staff and different departments to meet client needs

Organize and participate in internal and external meetings

Ensure data is correctly entered and managed in the company’s CRM system

Process orders in the company’s software

Present new products and services to improve existing relationships

Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in client accounts

Proactively evaluate, clarify, and validate clients' needs on an ongoing basis

Participate in quarterly and annual client reviews
Required Skills for this Position:

Bilingual (French/English, written and spoken)

Full proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Comfortable communicating by phone, in person, and via email

Able to manage and prioritize multiple client requests

Ability to react quickly and proactively
The candidate will collaborate closely with the Sales Director for Quebec and the sales team for the Quebec and Montreal regions.
This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, office hours. Most of the Account Manager’s activities will take place internally, at the Montreal office and home (hybrid). However, the candidate will be required to visit certain clients quarterly or annually in Quebec and Montreal.
The salary is negotiable based on experience, assets, and existing business relationships. This includes a base salary plus a quarterly commission structure. The annual salary is based on $60-65K. Vehicle expenses will be covered if required.
