POSITION OVERVIEW

Under the supervision of the marketing director, the Brand & Product Marketing Lead collaborates with marketing, sales, purchasing, and customer service teams across various activities.

This person is responsible for developing, embodying, and enhancing the brand identity and awareness of our products. Working closely with the marketing team, sales, e-commerce, and external partners, they design and implement impactful brand strategies, ensure message consistency, and maximize the impact of every marketing initiative. As the brand steward, they ensure that every touchpoint reflects our values, positioning, and customer promise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Development & Management

  • Define, implement, and evolve our brand platforms (values, mission, promise, personality, key messages).
  • Ensure absolute consistency in brand identity (tone, visuals, messaging) across all channels: marketing, sales, customer service, packaging, web, and events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to translate brand strategy into engaging and creative content.

Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° annual marketing plan aligned with the company’s global vision.
  • Work collaboratively with the e-commerce and digital marketing manager to optimize online visibility and campaign performance.
  • Design impactful brand awareness campaigns and identify strategic placements, such as partnerships, co-branding initiatives, industry publications, influencers, and key events.

Sales Support & Business Development

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop effective tools to support representatives and distributors: brand presentations, sales arguments, visual assets, and launch kits.
  • Design and execute commercial activation plans (promotions, partner programs, distributor incentives).

Customer Experience & Training

  • Define customer experience standards related to the brand, including communication tone, customer service approach, packaging, and unboxing experience.
  • Create and lead brand training sessions for internal teams, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Implement initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty, such as exclusive events, webinars, and ambassador programs.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track and analyze brand performance KPIs: awareness, engagement, campaign effectiveness, share of voice, customer perception.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to integrate web performance data (traffic, conversion, attribution) with branding initiatives.
  • Prepare regular brand performance reports and provide recommendations to optimize strategies.

PROFILE: BRAND & PRODUCT MARKETING LEAD REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong writing skills in both English and French (bilingualism required).
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing projects.
  • Familiarity with B2B/B2C distribution environments and/or institutional markets (an asset).
  • Knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
