JOB SUMMARY :

Under the supervision of the Production Director, the Digital Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all assigned projects, including managing internal and external resources, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Our projects are varied: e-commerce platforms, corporate and advertising websites, digital campaigns, branding, and printed materials. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the web and related technologies but is, above all, an exceptional manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Plan projects according to the Account Director's brief;
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables;
• Coordinate activities between internal teams and external resources;
• Evaluate and manage change requests;
• Identify and resolve project-related issues;
• Provide updates to clients and account directors on project progress;
• Ensure internal quality control for all deliverables;
• Ensure that all projects are conducted in accordance with industry best practices;
• Contribute to project closure (billing, post-mortem analysis, archiving)

REQUIREMENTS / DESIRED SKILLS :

• Bachelor's degree in project management or equivalent
• Experience in managing digital projects (3 to 5 years minimum preferred, ideally in an agency);
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and industry best practices;
• Knowledge of Wordpress and Craft CMS: essential
• Knowledge of Magento CMS: an asset
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Excellent consulting and advisory skills;
• PMP Scrum Master certification is an asset;
• Mastery of Agile Methodology (important);
• Bilingual (French/English).
