Job Summary:

We are seeking an outgoing and driven Sales Executive to join our team immediately. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, excels at building relationships, and is eager to pitch a tailored sales plan to prospective clients. The successful candidate will work primarily from our office at 7550 Highway 27, Unit 8, with opportunities to visit clients on the road. This position offers the potential for growth, with the long-term goal of leading a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by pitching a specific sales plan to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions that meet client needs and align with company goals.
• Represent Linehaul Logistics Inc. with professionalism and enthusiasm during in-person client visits and office-based outreach.
• Work under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets while adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance our sales processes and team performance.
• Eventually take on leadership responsibilities, mentoring and managing a team of sales representatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales (logistics or related industry experience is an asset).
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pitch and sell a specific sales plan with confidence and clarity.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and leadership potential.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
