The Role:

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive our marketing efforts forward. This role is perfect for someone who's creative, strategic, and ready to take ownership of our digital presence. You'll lead the charge on everything from website SEO to email campaigns, social media, and digital ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update our WordPress website, including SEO audits and content improvements
• Develop and execute our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and manage online ad campaigns (Google, Meta, and others)
• Design and produce marketing content: flyers, social posts, videos, and other visuals
• Run email marketing campaigns using

HubSpot

• Maintain and organize our CRM (HubSpot) to support lead tracking and sales
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights

What You Bring:

• 2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Solid working knowledge of

WordPress, SEO, and Google Analytics

• Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
• Strong design sense and ability to create visual content (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Comfortable working with

HubSpot (CRM and email marketing)

• Experience making short promotional videos
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
