Job Summary
Sarina Homes is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to manage and direct all leasing, sales, and marketing activities for our multifamily rental and for-sale residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, sales coordination, and leasing management, with experience in multifamily rentals and residential sales.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and agencies to create promotional materials and advertisements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Direct all sales activities related to townhomes, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and sales presentations.
- Work with legal and finance teams to facilitate sales contracts and closing processes.
- Maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry partners.
Leasing Management:
- Oversee all leasing activities for rental properties, ensuring rental rate and occupancy goals are met.
- Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies to attract high quality prospective tenants.
- Coordinate and conduct property tours, tenant screenings, and lease signings.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth tenant move-ins and renewals.
Community Engagement & Events:
- Plan and execute events to promote properties and engage the community.
- Foster relationships with local businesses, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on leasing and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Maintain a CRM database of leads, prospects, and customers for follow-ups and engagement.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, leasing, or real estate.
- Experience in multifamily rental and for-sale residential is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
