Purpose of the position
The Marketing Project Coordinator coordinates all marketing activities and initiatives on projects and programs for the healthcare sector.
Based on their professional experience, the Marketing Coordinator provides support on promotional campaigns, scheduling promotional events and marketing communication activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing projects with internal and external resources
- Work closely with account managers and marketing coordinators to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities
- Work closely with marketing project managers and account managers
- Manage print and other promotional vendors
- Develop and manage all internal and external communication systems
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- College or bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/science or related (essential)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project coordination role
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Teamwork skills, initiative, and leadership abilities
Maternity leave replacement, contract of more or less 14 months with a possibility of permanent employment.
