We’re building a product-led growth (PLG) motion with sales-assist, where automation, data, and lifecycle design play a critical role in helping users activate, adopt, and convert — with a better customer experience.
To support this, we’re looking for a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager who loves building systems, working with data, and turning insights into automated growth engines.
This is an execution-heavy role with real ownership.
You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Plannit’s entire lifecycle engine — from lead to activation to conversion and expansion — primarily through HubSpot automation, segmentation, and data analysis.
You will be in HubSpot daily, building workflows, analyzing funnels, fixing data issues, and launching lifecycle campaigns end-to-end.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lifecycle & PLG Infrastructure
- Design and maintain Plannit’s lifecycle stages and pipeline logic across the full customer journey
- Define lifecycle entry/exit criteria based on product usage, behavior, and intent
- Continuously optimize lifecycle flows to reduce manual sales involvement and support a self-serve motion
HubSpot Automation & Data Ops
- Build and maintain advanced HubSpot lifecycle and email workflows (marketing + CRM automation)
- Create and manage dynamic segmentation based on behavior, product signals, and firmographics
- Own contact, company, and deal data hygiene (properties, syncing, lifecycle logic)
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and proactively improve data quality
Email & Nurture Programs
- Design and launch automated email nurture programs that:
- Drive activation and feature adoption
- Move leads and users through lifecycle stages
- Support conversion with minimal sales touch
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize messaging, timing, and triggers
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Analyze lifecycle performance across key PLG metrics (activation, conversion, time-to-value, drop-off points)
- Build dashboards and reports to track funnel health and campaign impact
- Use data to recommend and implement concrete improvements — not just report on performance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or growth marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub + CRM)
- Proven ability to build automation, workflows, and segmentation independently
- Excellent analytical skills — comfortable working with funnels, cohorts, and behavioral data
- Experience supporting or working within a product-led or self-serve SaaS motion
- Experience working with product usage data or in-app events
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or SMB-focused products
- Experience reducing sales touches through automation
- Familiarity with experimentation or conversion optimization
