Evolution AV is growing, and we are looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team in Calgary.
This role is focused on creative execution and day-to-day social media activity. You will be responsible for turning established marketing strategy into consistent, high-quality content across our social platforms.
What you'll be doing
- Creating and posting content across social media channels
- Writing blogs and supporting content initiatives
- Light video editing and content formatting
- Engaging with our online community through comments, tags, and messages
- Supporting relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Working closely with the Marketing Lead to execute content based on overall marketing strategy
There is room to contribute ideas and creative input, but this role is primarily focused on bringing ideas to life, not building strategy from scratch.
What we're looking for
- Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfort working with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- An interest in social media trends and performance metrics
- A creative mindset with good organization and follow-through
- Passion for storytelling, technology, and content in a professional setting
Education or experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
