- Process dealer web requests.
- Chatting with customers.
- Manage and follow up on customers who have completed their leases or car financing.
- You will follow up with customers who have visited the dealership but have not made a purchase.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys for customers who have taken possession of their new vehicle.
- Active listening skills
- Responsible and organized
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Telemarketing or call center experience
- Bilingual (French/English)*.
- Experience with CRM would be an asset
- Sales experience would be an asset
- Experience in customer service
