Resume Database visibility is opt-in. You can disable resume visibility at any time: Manage resume visibility.
If you would still like to submit an opt-out request related to "sale" or "share" as defined by California law, you may:
We do not require you to provide sensitive personal information to use the Services. If applicable, you can request that we limit the use of sensitive personal information as defined by California law by emailing dpo@isarta.com with the subject line "Limit Sensitive PI".
Where required and applicable, we treat a valid Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of "sale"/"share" under California law.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit certain requests on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Verification methods depend on the nature of the request and your relationship with the Services.
If an employer or recruiter downloads your resume, they may store it in their systems and process it under their own privacy and recordkeeping obligations. Disabling resume database visibility prevents future access via the Services, but it does not delete copies already downloaded by third parties.
