Accessibility Statement

We are committed to providing an accessible experience for all users, including people with disabilities. This page explains our accessibility approach and how to contact us if you encounter an issue.

Last updated: January 5, 2026

Our approach

We aim to make our website and Services accessible and usable in accordance with widely recognized accessibility standards. Our goal is to support key accessibility features across pages and core flows, including navigation, forms, and job application steps.

When feasible, we aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA. We may implement additional improvements over time based on user feedback, product updates, and technical constraints.

Known limitations & third-party content

Some parts of the Services may rely on third-party components or content (for example: embedded media, external links, or tools provided by partners). While we aim to choose reputable providers and improve accessibility wherever possible, we may not control the accessibility of third-party experiences.

Tips for users

  • Keyboard: try using the Tab key to move through interactive elements.
  • Zoom: increasing browser zoom can improve readability.
  • Browser/assistive tech: keeping them updated often improves compatibility.
