Your role as a marketing and social media strategist:

• Develop digital marketing and social media strategies in line with the company's objectives and participate in their implementation (sales, recruitment, etc.)
• Collect data and analyze results to recommend optimization actions
• Develop partnerships with influencers and other partners
• Supervise or participate in the design, writing, production and updating of marketing and communications materials and tools
• Contribute to the design or management of campaigns as well as the development of content distributed on the various platforms
• Collaborate with the different teams in place
• Keep your knowledge up to date and document your work processes

As an ideal candidate, you have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
• Relevant experience
• Strong aesthetic sense and strong written and visual communication skills
• Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written
• Proficiency in digital ecosystems and current trends in content marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proficiency in MS Office software (Power Point and Word)
• Proficiency in Canva authoring tool and Capcut
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector is an asset
